Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

If your order or item(s) hasn’t been shipped, contact our customer support at support@walkzee.in with your order number.

Refunds:

– Before shipment: Refunds processed within 24-48 hours after cancellation request.
– After dispatch/return: Refunds issued post receipt and verification at our warehouse.

Refund Method:

– Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 24-48 hours post-receipt. Allow 2-3 business days for it to show in your account.
– Cash on delivery: Bank transfer within 24-48 hours post-receipt and receiving bank details via email. Takes an additional 2-3 business days to reflect.
– Alternatively, opt for a Walkzee coupon for future purchases.

Regarding Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:

– Discount vouchers are deemed used upon order cancellation.
– Redeemed loyalty points will be recredited in case of cancellation.

2. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds at Walkzee

How to Return an Item:

– Initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
– Email us at support@walkzee.in with your order ID, request for return/replace/refund, and an image of the product and invoice.
– We’ll arrange product pickup within 2-3 business days, provided items are in original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
– For non-serviceable pin codes, you’ll need to self-ship the products.

Non-returnable Items:

– Products during “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” Sale is non-returnable.
– Misused or overused products.
– Items returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, etc., or with damaged packaging.
– Tampered serial numbers.
– Products not covered under warranty.
– Used or altered items.
– Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
– Free products provided by the brand.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

– We ensure quality checks, but in case of damage during shipment or incorrect items, you can ask for a replacement or refund.
– Follow the same return steps within 5 days of receiving the order.
– Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Additional Notes:

– A charge of ₹150/- applies for returning rejected items.
– No returns/refunds on exchanged items.

Returning Free Gifts:

– Return any free gifts received with the product.

Partial Order Return:

– You can return individual items from a multiple item order.
